Wela Property was conceptualised by Jason and his wife Danielle inspired by their passion for property as a wealth generating vehicle.
Wela Property is founded on a ten year long property investment journey, where buying, building, selling, renovating, and strategic planning have all played a part in the pursuit of long term wealth.
Wela Property signifies Wealth building strategies using Equity to Leverage growth into Assets.
Through their decade long property journey, the team has acquired numerous high output properties that focus on capital growth and high rental yield as the main success drivers. The kicker to this strategy is strategically renovating these properties with the mindset of doubling every $1 spent.
Together the pair has purchased land, built new homes, renovated existing, and traded property to squeeze every drop of investment return, to recycle into the next purchase or to manufacture more growth.
Their mission is now to guide others through smart purchasing, and a journey of growth built on fundamentals.
About
Jason grew up on the Gold Coast and found himself living in Sydney and Brisbane working in the Construction Industry. Jason's background as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager lends itself to his investment success, with his meticulous attention to detail, critically analytical mindset and end goal focused approach, it was only natural that he would eventually help others with his passion for property.
